Refund Policy

At Characters 4 Kids, once your party is booked, you'll be sent an non refundable invoice for a $50 deposit. Once this invoice is paid you'll be sent a confirmation email. Refund is only given if our performers can not show up to an event.

Rescheduling Policy

Understanding that plans can change, we are happy to accommodate one reschedule of your event based on performer availibility- as long as you notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled event.
